Today I am pruning my avocado tree. I was so happy with this tree and how much growth it had put on this last year. but it was all fake!

Here is a simple way to prune the tree and some things to look out for when you do prune an avocado tree or any tree for that matter.

You let it go too long you should have no cut it off you should have cut down to 3 feet and graft lamb hass on succor.

Oh man that was a healthy rootstock, should have taken a branch off your known variety and grafted on a branch of the healthy rootstock...oh well live and learn.
