Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
4 flour tortillas (I use the Fajita style size)
Seasoning Salt or Taco Seasoning
4 slices American cheese

Toppings
1 iceberg lettuce
1 yellow onion, diced
1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
toasted sesame seeds

321 Sauce
3 tbsp mayonaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions
Divide the ground beef into 4 pieces. Press each portion on the top of each tortillas, spreading to edges. Season with either all-purpose seasoning or taco seasoning.

Shred half of the iceberg lettuce, saving remaining for other use. Dice onion and pickles and place all in separate bowls.

In a small bowl whisk together the 321 sauce. Set aside.

In a skillet over medium-high heat place the tortilla meat side down for 4 minutes. Flip with spatula, top with slice of cheese, cover with lid and turn off heat. Let sit 1 minute.

Remove from pan and top with shredded lettuce, onion, pickles, sauce and sesame seeds. Fold up and eat taco-style.

So we tried this we’ve seen it for a while almost a year now and we seared the beef side but then when we went to make it, it was raw on the tortilla side not raw, but pretty pretty raw pretty pink and I was worried that when we made this that that would be the issue sure enough and we used medium high heat medium heat we cooked it for about six minutes on the first side three or four minutes on the second side, but yeahif we would’ve left, it don’t need longer. The tortilla shell would’ve burned.
