I must admit, I thought a myocardial infarction had only one day – it's the scientific term for a heart attack.

This is an emergency and if you suspect that someone is having a heart attack, you should dial 999/911 immediately. It is better for paramedics to show up and discover that it isn't a heart attack than to reach a point where it is too late.
