When i have a key not working i always check what i'm copying ( sometimes you miss a number or letter ) then i make sure i enter it on the right website! If it doesn't work at all, even after Janice her advice.. i contact the support from where i got the code. Don't worry, support is always very friendly.

The 0/O tip is really handy when you are typing the code from a screenshot instead op copying it! luckily with Nintendo codes, you'll never see a O in a code, so it's automatically a 0

Pretty sure I've never had a key that wasn't working before (as in, it saying invalid key) - usually the problem is that the key has already been used.
Nevertheless it can happen; especially if the delivered key is in picture/scanned format and has to be typed manually, so it's definitely a useful informational video from the always charming Janice 😊

My Epxerince is never got dupe key on 2game. Gamesplanet or Kinguiin. On instant gaming i had two times problem but it was solved one time with a new key and second time refund. On gamivo one problem with Amazon card and its like 8 days and still waiting. My great thanks for Allkeyshop and all staff for providing us with the cards and hard work one the videos and events on discord.
