LEICA SL Camera ..Can it be that good honestly ?Is it really for professional photographers?

Leica SL professional mirrorless camera I shooting exclusively for my everyday work and personal projects, and there are many many reviews online from people just hold it for few hours or a day and make small story about it and return it back, but I bought and own this camera and I work with it on a daily basses since I bought it.

The real review need to be from a real working photographer, and this is why I made this quick video answering some of the mail questions people ask me after they saw my unboxing video, and if you want the quick and real answer about the Leica SL if its professional or not, the answer is without any doubt YES.

I love my SL it’s awesome, I played with the new s1 penny at store, the Leica build is so much better. The SL always gives beautiful detailed alive images. I also use a q and T. My only complaint on the SL is buffering speed , slow buffer, and using strobes HSS. I have shot pretty much everything and I love the Leica image. For many it’s difficult to get past the tech deficiencies as it’s “not up to current standards”, until you see the output. And to be sure the SL was far ahead of its peers in tech and still exceeds most of them even today. FWIW I’m going to chime in that the T, with firmware updates has some annoying features like you can’t turn off image review with manual lens and JPEGs are always saved.... but wow the image quality form the camera is insane. It’s so underrated as a tool that’s it’s an incredible bargain literally can be had few hundred dollars. Thanks for talking about the SL, it’s an awesome camera that performs so well in a huge variety of circumstances. I don’t feel the need to replace it with anything new out there at this point

Hey there again, I know this type of photography is probably not up your alley, but Have you tried bulb mode for time lapse photography? Were the settings sufficient, & have you used this for Astro photography? If so, how was the low light performance? Thanks again for your enthusiasm & your videos, have a great day!

What are a couple of things you dislike about the SL and is there any feature(s) you would hope to see on the next version which we will probably see in 2019 seeing that Panasonic and Sigma have partnered with Leica to make cameras and lenses with this mount.

How about shooting fireworks? Can SL/SL2 handle it well?

What's your impression of the L Mount Alliance and the S1R?
I'm especially interested in using M lenses with the Foveon camera, but it's been pushed back to 2020.

Now with Leica's alliance with Panasonic with their new S mount, you can use their lenses with your Leica.
