A defense should be able to have any and everything to do with the case. It's there case, either the evidence proves guilt or it doesn't.

I think the prosecution should just provide the information. Otherwise, it looks like they are hiding something. The defense is fishing for anything that'll allow evidence to be thrown out. This is the best they can do.

I think she is wanting to verify the credibility of those officers. She wants to know their qualifications. She is making sure they didn't drop the ball during their questioning of witnesses, some very important. I believe she should be able to get it. I would want to know their accountable in Bryan's case.

By law, she should have the discovery. she dont really need the training records of the hundred officers including FBI officers. That means shes digging for an inconsistency for a dismissal
