you could tell those two were open water divers just by that sequence of events, disturbing all of that silt and then keep going deeper into the cave instead of working their way back to the main guide line... a whole mess

It should be against the law to go into a cave without some kind of training. It seems like it would cut down on deaths and using fire fighters looking for someone who didnt bring a flash light.
