Strictly speaking, "omnivore" refers to the physiology of an animal (e.g. bears and dogs are physiologically omnivores, like humans are physiologically monogastric herbivores), not to the ethical ideology a certain person follows; the opposite ethical stance to veganism is known as carnism, i.e. the ethical ideology that exploiting and murdering animals for food and other products is fine.

Just buy meat from local butchers. They have less cows so less crowding and the cows are more than likely healthier.
