Just a quick tip so you’re not wasting a lot of unnecessary paper towels 🧻. As a suggestion I can share what I do. Invest into cheese cloth. They are about $2 to $3 depending on where you go. Walmart even carry them. 2 tip. Use a white dish cloth, all you do for both tips would be to place spinach in the middle bring sides up and turn and squeeze the extra water over the sink or bowl. 3 tip you can use a lettuce spinner it works like a charm. You just put spinach in container and spin and the water comes out in below. I hope this helps you or any of your views. Thanks for sharing a wonderful recipe.
