An easy Chinese food that is considered comfort food is 'tomato fried egg'. Chop a few cloves of garlic (personally I use a lot more than that), take some green onions and dice the white parts and cut the green parts into longer rings. Cut 4 or 5 tomatoes into wedges then take one or two eggs per tomato. Whisk the eggs, but make sure you DO get air in them, that will help make them fluffy.

Add a fair amount of sesame oil to your pan and bring it to temp. Fry the garlic and onions until lightly brown then add the eggs. Cook the eggs until they are *almost* done but still a little runny, then add the tomatoes, some chicken stock and soy sauce. Some people add a tiny bit of sugar but don't go overboard.

Eat that over white rice. Personally I prefer the dish chilled. The rice is still hot of course, but I like cold tomato and egg over hot white rice.

there is a different between cream spinach and cheese spinach, not a fan of the cheese. 😇😇😇

OMG!!! I Luv creamy spinach to my heart 🏃I Luv spinach anyway as long as the spinach is master of the dish.... I went to Pete's to get get creamy spinach found some in a box with parmesan cream sauce with roasted garic. ON THE NEWS I got BIRDS EYE Creamy Spinach Bake, in a box. Man!!! I was so mad I couldn't eat it. IT WAS To To To SALTY ON TOP LIKE A LAYER OF CHEESE. WHEN I SAY SALTY I mean LIKE I put A TABLE SPOONE of nothing but SALT IN MY MOUTH!!! So 😠mad.
