Hey everyone and welcome back! What are some of your favorite side dishes? One of mine is some delicious creamed spinach! Ingredients:

2 packages of frozen chopped spinach
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 diced medium onion
2 tsp minced garlic
2 spoon fulls all purpose flour
1 1/2 handful of mozzarella cheese
1 handful shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pinch pf nutmeg
Onion powder (to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
