Thank you sharing this, very informative. I have a bunion which is very similar to your model. It not so evident but it does cause problems sometimes and other times not so much. I have had my feet taped by an podiatrist which my feet felt so good for 5 days then I removed the tape. I ran out of funds so could not keeping seeing the podiatrist. I will try this. Thank you again. Oh I had an xray learning also I have arthritis in my toes. Metarsal pad is wearing out plus the bunion which are all on my Left foot, My right foot is fine.

Wondering when you suggest to do taping? As a runner with severe bunions that pulsate with pain and callouses after every run I'm wondering if this is a method I could incorporate before/after runs.... assuming this isn't something you'd be able to run with as I don't think my shoes would accommodate that much tape.

too much pointed shoes. This foot have too bunions at big and smallest toe. Also need tape over bunions
