I would request the organisers and Vikas Sir to arrange a lecture under SC/ ST Act, specially provisions of bail, discretion of Investigating officer to arrest or not to arrest the accused for offences punishable upto 7 years, applicability of provisions of section 41A and directions of the Apex court in Arneshkumars judgement. Thanks
