Catelyn Starks acting in that scene where she is begging Robb to leave is phenomenal. That hopelessness while she screams 'please' at her son, hoping that the words will resonate with him is kinda traumatising to watch.

He should have changed the deal to marry them right then and there. Thus bonding house Stark/Tully and Frey together, leaving no chance for betrayal. It wouldnt have won him the war but it certainly would have helped.

Also in the books, Robb’s men fight fiercely and valiantly for their king. They weren’t picked off so easily like sheep. I would of much rather seen them dying fighting to protect their king.

she was so incredible in every scene she was in but she really dug deep and absolutely slayed this. the way she begs him to walk out and the desperation and pleading in her voice when she screams please the second time will cut through anyone’s heart, being that they have one.
