Arduino Project Board - Scratch Traffic Light Teaser

Software is scratch for Arduino.
In this project we use Scratch for Arduino (S4A) to program a traffic light. We use a photo interrupter to indicate a vehicle has pulled up to the light which then changes to green. Once the traffic light is cleared, it cycles to yellow then green. All of this using our new development board which will be available for retail soon.
