I watch a few food channels and they always mention the high prices of food. I must be blessed where I live because the overall food prices in my area dropped, although the CEO of one grocery store chain admitted they were keeping dairy prices high deliberately. Still, I like to be frugal and not waste too much. I look for bargains, especially on meat. I watch this channel and AB's regularly. Cheers!
