Police Watching WITHOUT a Warrant!? 🎥 #LawyerReacts #4thAmendment

Many people in my comments section think that police are only watching citizens if they have a warrant. This simply is not the case. The Supreme Court has ruled that police can record people's homes through their own cameras or through their neighbor's cameras. So, even if you haven't done anything wrong for them to get a warrant, they could still be watching you 24/7.

Time for a constitutional amendment to end that deal

I can see in the future that people are going to start shooting the cameras

But they don't want you filming them? Hmm, double standards?

Individuals who understand social engineering formulas see this as “Patient Gradualism” and the slow creep of a police state/totalitarianism!!!

There’s about five pounds of copper in those cameras…

And yes it has happened here in Greeley and in Arvada. Police are positioning temporary cameras even the little ones with the magnet on the back directly aiming into Windows or into primary areas and videotaping what happens. Without a warrant

Although if those cameras on public easement or even on your neighbor's property are positioned in such a way do videotape what happens behind your privacy fence or in your home such as through your window it is a violation of your rights.

I love what the citizens of the UK do to these cameras. 😉😎

I completely understand and agree with you. The camera thing has gone too far. It is a violation of your right the receiving evidence to gain a fee, but it doesn’t affect your insurance. How convenient

Ohio disallowed all street cameras it’s great no more speed or red light cameras. They go on your credit report if you don’t pay them so return to sender it is not ordered

But if you have cameras INSIDE your home. Can they spy on you?
And if they did how would you find out?

I get that if you are in public, you have no expectation of privacy. At the same time, the conventional definition being in public sight assumes that the seer does not have telephoto, night vision, or thermal imaging eyes. I don't expect to go in public and have people see under my clothes, in my pockets, or in my bag. I expect to be able to turn my back to ta wall and look at something private, like a phone message, without it being seen.

It’s 1984 the book in life. There are so many cameras all over and they could be used for a number of bad reasons instead of what they’re intended for.

Police stopping crimes before they occur, is against the law

So if they put a camera on the telephone pole and point it into my house...that's legal?
