How do I make them close to eachother the drives cause my D drive is in disk 2 and the C in disk 0, thank you if u help

My Disks aren't on the same line, so it isn't letting me extend C drive, even though I've got 700G unallocated in D. How do I make the drives "close to eachother?" When I try to click the unallocated to make a simple volume, it doesn't let me connect it to C drive. I don't know what to do here.
