DELPHI MURDERS: EERIE 'RITUAL' SACRIFICE-MURDER CLAIMS, CLASH OVER SUSPECT 'CONFESSIONS'

Special Judge Frances Gull is hearing arguments on several motions in the Delphi Murders trial of Richard Allen. The judge will be considering six topics: Richard Allen's safekeeping, psychologist statements, the suppression of some of Richard Allen's previous statements, discovery issues that continue to plague the case, a defense request to dismiss the case, and what both sides can say in front of jurors without specific permission from the Judge.

The Defense wants four sanctions. They want the court to tell jurors the prosecution violated rules with a delay in turning over exculpatory evidence. They want the judge to allow the defense to play any video that was "belatedly produced" without State objection. The defense also wants to prevent the state from rebutting evidence former Rushville police chief Todd Click provided on May 1, 2023, and they want to prevent the prosecution from using any data or info from Liberty German's phone in evidentiary presentation.

The State wants to limit what the defense can mention in front of jurors without prior approval from the judge. Prosecutors have several pages of items including personal attacks on the prosecutor and any attempt to introduce evidence of a 3rd party motive that is not relevant or would unfairly prejudice jurors. This includes mentions of Odinism, ritualistic killing, names of others the defense might claim are connected to the killings, geofencing, references to how discovery was handed over and any mention of an investigation conducted by former Rushville Police Chief Todd Click.

Yet considering the defence theory of a ritualistic killing, there is not one piece of forensic evidence that points to a group. Are these groups trained in forensics? You think a group would do this during the day? It looks more like a staged scene. We see one man on that trail by his own admission, they filmed him knowing he was following them. One man ordered them down the hill. That man confessed to his wife. One man's bullet was found at the scene, one man was seen leaving the area. I believe they have the right man

I’m a forensic psychologist 😂a social psychologist specializing in criminal behavior, FYI. In terms of creepiness, by all accounts, Bryan Kohberger is 10/10 on the creep-o-meter. And Nancy is right; you just can’t hide creepiness. I’ve said it a million times to my husband that guys just don’t understand creepiness but women do. Personally, I think it’s an evolutionary thing that Mother Nature has gifted us.

I’m disenchanted by NG lately. First and foremost, I want justice for those two baby girls. I also would like a fair trial for RA, and there is so much more to this case than NG is presenting. I’ve noticed this with many episodes lately. So many facts left out along with misinformation about these cases. The Delphi case is so much more complicated than she is letting on. Unfortunately it’s not as simple as she makes it sound. From both the prosecution and defense attorneys drama, to the judge… it is taking entirely too long for the justice Abigail and Liberty and their families deserve.
