I saw your YouTube account and very happy because it was so informative regarding Faire Shop. I see the account reactivation video, but it's not here. I have just started a small business of crocheted toys and completed the listing process. However, after 3 to 4 days, I received an email from the Faire team stating that they have removed my shop from the Faire marketplace. I know this is a wholesale shop. I have submitted a case to Faire support, but they did not reactivate my account and mentioned that my shop does not meet the requirements, so they closed it. Can you please let me know how I should create a case to reactivate my shop? Thank you :)
