I always meditate right after I finish my qi gong morning practice because my mind is so calm . It's a perfect combination ❤

I do not enjoy exercise, never have, but it is something I must do as I’m aging. I use Qigong to get my body moving in the first instance. But I’ve found it helps to get my mind in the right place so I can, not only do my exercises and strength training, but also enjoy it, most of the time 😅

Hi I combine QiQong with my ballet and swimming
I find all three compliment each other. As a senior I have had my life transformed by QiGong which I began practicing 6 months ago the gentle exercises and breathing meditation involved are truly amazing in improving my overall physical and mental health ! Thank for all your great videos Jeffrey 😊

Yes you can I combine my self-adapted qigong exercises (which I regard as warming-up) followed by Tai Chi, and mainstream yoga/ stretching exercises. It's a win-win.

Hello Jeffrey! I 've been practicing Sahaja Yoga for many years, this yoga is centered in meditation and to reach our real self, the Spirit with the help of the Kundalini awakened and I've found that Qi gong is in the same line, when I need to calm down and realese the stuck energy I do it the routines before meditation and when I want to share the energy I do it sometimes after meditation, It works for me perfectly, thank You very much for sharing, I feel that this sharing help us to grow up together and make US better people and that is the reason I prefer your teachings over other kind of Qi gong practices, Big hug for You and again thank You very much

Thank you for your ever gentle reminders of qi gong benefits along with other modalities. I meditate, practice qi gong, then yoga. I walk daily , spin and use rebounder every other day. Dr J, i also practice the 5 Tibetan rites each day. Amazing how these 5 postures make you feel. Thanks again for your kind, sincere demeanor. Your spirit is greatly appreciated. ❤

Thank you for answering the question I have been wondering for some time now. Another issue I have been wondering is whether it is good or bad to make your own Qiqong practise by combaining moves you have learned from different Qigong videos ?
