Low Carb Golden Milk (Turmeric Tea)

Here’s how to make it:

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp Stevia & Monkfruit blend (Whole Earth Sweetener Brand)
Pinch of black pepper
2 drops of maple extract

🤍Instructions

1- In a small sauce pan over medium-low heat, add all ingredients and whisk together. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot or over ice. Enjoy!
