Bringing back a good old fashioned training vlog. In this video, I go through a typical Monday shot put session and lift. I'm taking some easy throws with the 16 pound, just working technique and getting the reps in to make my hand strong again and bring some feeling back into the movement. After a short break, I join up with Roje Stona for a lift where we clean pull, squat, and hit a bunch of accessories. Hope you all enjoy!
