Very good list of project managing tools. Also if you want another tool for project management, I suggest getting the Connecteam app. It has chat, service schedule, time clock, and many other things.

Adam, I've used so many project management tools and nothing, nothing, beats Clickup. And their support is Amazing.
Also, the free guests can do pretty much everything.

Good list. We use Restya to manage our projects and team. Restya is an excellent free Trello alternative.

It's ClickUp for me all the way. I tried Bitrix24, Zoho, Google's task list and 2 others. ClickUp is the winner and it's the cheapest. I has a great user interface.

I think what places Trello on top is it's integrations. It integrates with more other services than any other PM tool I know of. That's what keeps me coming back to it.

I second ClickUp - just subscribed a week ago and it shows a lot of promise; great support and feature rollouts (e.g. INBOX is on the way). Also, you forgot to mention the in-browser NOTE APP - it's a great feature which has really changed my workflow!

I tried Asana once. Didn't like it. Tried others also (don't remember the names). Didn't like any of them. Was too late for the lifetime deal on AppSumo for Plution so I haven't tried that yet. I knew about Trello, but thought I needed something bigger. Now, for the past 6 months I have been using Trello for EVERYTHING. In my business and in my personal life. And I'm still using the free version!
Gonna check out Notion though. Love the minimalistic approach on their website....and maybe ClickUp :)

Hey great info, thanks! May I ask, what is the screen-recording software that you use? The apps I use don't allow me to show that little circle at the top-right that, for me, is a very good feature to show one's face along with the screen recording.
