If you want to stay build habits and stay consistent you need a system and process that lets you not only track habits using a habit tracker but helps you to stick with those habits everyday. This is where project mananagent tools are really helpful. The problem is there are loads of productivity and work management apps out there so choosing the best one can be confusing.

I downloaded as many free project management apps as I could find, filled my phone with them and then used each of them to manage various business and personal projects over a week long period to find out which was the easiest and most effective to use as a solo user and for a company.

Most videos today are focused on being the first to tell the world about the newest apps (or newest tech, trends, chatbots...you get it.)----and while that can be fun, I really liked that Doc Alex Young (narrator) wasn't focused solely on suggesting to-do list apps that the kids are virally downloading this year. Some of the suggestions are over a decade old, but---I agree with him, Trello, Airtable, Monday (to name a few) are unmatched, regardless of how long they've been around... or maybe it's BECAUSE of how long they've been around. ;-)

Alex thanks so much for this video. I never heard anyone mention Streak has integration with Apple Shortcuts. How does it work? Can you track something like the number of minutes within Zone 2 heart rate? If I slept before 11pm?

Hi Alex,
Which app would you recommend if the need is just to outsource an individual pre-teached and described task and then for the group members to book the job.
The more simple the better in this case. However, as the group owner it's important that I can communicate with all members, but I want it to be kept anonymous in-between the other members.
