holy crap, do you realize how amazing your teaching style is? You are giving me a genuine understanding of the formulas I have just been plugging numbers into for class!

All college physics 1 lectures need to be replaced with your videos and the money given to you to make videos for all of physics!

I started taking AP physics this year, and man, when throughout months I had no understanding, which turned my interest to dust in physics. Every day, I was on the verge of giving up, which then turned into frustration and indifference with the subject. But you, you, are changing that,

I just failed my first quiz in physics because i don't know how to translate my fbd into a solution then came back studying because as we go on in lessons, it always have these forces. Now I clearly understand it. Thank you so much!!

This is the 'awesomest' tutorial videos i have seen on youtube now. The speed is neither fast nor slow. Furthermore the way of representing of the material is very entertaining thus more likely for a student to remember it. And yeah, 'awesomest' is the word that fits best haha!

Let me introduce you to your Numbers Dependency and our Equation Holster! Shall we apply our 5 Steps to Solve any Free Body Diagram Problem to an Introductory Tension Force Problem? #PhysicsED #APPhysics1

Excellent as other teacher understands the way student thinks as teacher ever....

This was amazing. I took this years ago but forgot a lot and needed this. Love the reminder about the normal force - I missed it and the example mistake in here really helped my understanding.

you are a great teacher. I think a really great short video to cover would be:
If two people are pulling at either end of a rope with 3N, what is the tension in the rope. Once I was told the answer to this my intuition of what tension means was enlightened!!

Is nobody going to say anything about how Bo solved .155 times 9.8 over sin28 in his head? Lol

Your videos are awesome, and it's helping me learn a lot more watching your videos than going to class.
Why is it that you only find the x and y components for the forces that are at an angle i.e. Ft1? It's intuitive that Ft2 and Fg lie on the x and y axes, but how come they don't have the horizontal and vertical components.

Great video.  Also entertaining.  It would nice if you left a few frames of unobstructed view of the board at the end so that we can pause it.  It would be nice to see the whole solution in one shot.

8:50 Mr. P, does it matter where on that string you hang the mass? Perhaps in terns of torque?
