my icons don't move when i run my mouse pointer over them, also I want to know how to install the Gene in the lamp effect? Apart from that it was an excellent tutorial, easy to understand and follow. Thank you for all your hard work and devotion to helping us newbies.

Hi! I installed everything like described and everything worked quite ok(ish). I have 2 questions: in the top menu on your example there is an apple, how did you do it? I only have "activities" written there. And the second thing is: my windows are not effected correctly: they still are grey and the buttons are not red yelloy and green, they are x - and the two boxes.... I would appreciate it, if you could tell me, what I have done wrong... thanx a lot, Stephan

Somehow the "file manager" don't get the GTK theme, same with FireFox, is there a trick to this, it's not covered in the Video.
