There is no way we can go back in time

Matter can not be created or destroyed. Thereby if you want to go into the future you suspend your matter until you want to pop out again. But you can not go backwards because then there are 2 of you and that means there has to be more matter in that moment equal to you and that does not work.

Going back in time is possible and the universe has made it so that you cant fuck anything up. If you change anything, it only remains changed in that time, when you come back to your time, nothing has changed.

Why doesn’t he just say The Second Law of Thermodynamics and put an end to the question? No, as much as you like, traveling to the past is not possible.

What he speaks about the future is time *dilation* which only causes you to “experience” time slower but you will still age of course

He's talking about movie fiction. There are not infinite timelines and you cannot go back in time. Time travel as depicted in movies is not real. Only a special case near a black hole can you 'time travel' to the future as he noted.

Last time I checked we have yet to project any person close to the speed of light to be able to time travel. If we can move faster than light, then we'll learn how to travel into the future.
