This assumes what we understand about black holes is correct. Currently we aren't even scratching the surface, so it's all theoretical mathematical models.

There is also the idea of not altering anything.. You think you can alter your past by going to the past but by going to the past you make it happen like you remembered it since before going to the past. In other words you don't change anything, but more you just make it happen the way you always remember it. This means there is no parallel timelines. It's just one and it will always be just one timeline.

Think about it like this you kill your ancestor who made you that would prevent you being born in that timeline but you would still be there physically because you killed him and let's say you didn't take his or her place to create you eventually you will die as person of no origin and you essentially die off as nothing fixing any time travel shenanigans

Possible to go into the future with speed and possible to look into the past just by looking into space, as for changing the present by traveling into the past, ( just another theory) that version of the past and its future may be changed but our version has already happened so stays the same think of dimensions and alternative universes.

I know the paradox but I still don't understand that conclusion of the paradox
Things don't always have to equal out outside of the math room it is hard to comprehend but theoretically when you went back in time there is no ruling saying that you're not in a parallel universe or some other unknown Factor

Unless you going back either creates a parallel universe OR time travel is actually multiverse travel to a different universe.
