my auntie was just about to buy this LITERAL litter box for her cat, told her days before shipping what it did to cats and she cancelled the shipping and refunded. Shortly after it got banned.. Thank you so much for the information. You saved my auntie's cat

The worst part about this litterbox story is that, when one woman posted on Amazon reviews on how dangerous the litterbox is, the manufacturer basically silenced her by threatening to sue her if she doesn't change her comment into something positive. The manufacturer has and youtube channel, but they are deleting the comments when someone says the same. They also rename their product and their company if they gather enough negative attention. Truly vile people, do not buy this litterbox.

Let’s not forget one of their reviews said something along the lines of “do not buy, it killed my cat” and the owner changed the review to say “good machine with cute cat ears” absolutely disgusting

the worse thing is that when the company changed a bad review that said "This machine killed my cat!" to "love this machine has cute ears" and made it look like the person gave them 4 stars

They were trying to cover up these incidents by changing the reviews on these things.

Someone posted a picture of one covered in blood. And a bad review with it. The company removed the picture, added more stars to the review, and changed the text to something positive.

It’s wild to me that they would lie and risk someone else’s pets dying just to keep their names from being ruined. Which didn’t work, cause now everyone knows, and everyone is pissed.

Self cleaning ones are perfectly safe. I have no idea why that one is designed like that. They should always just roll in circles until waste falls in the thing. They should never close like that. Such a terrible company

If it's sold on amazon and the seller's name is a bunch of random capital letters, that's always a huge red flag.
