Have you gotten your flu vaccine?

Dr. Nipunie Rajapakse, a Mayo Clinic pediatric infectious diseases physician says it is important everyone over the age of 6 months receive a flu vaccine. “It's impossible to look at someone and know whether they have COVID-19, or influenza. So doing whatever you can to prevent influenza infection in yourself and your family is really important this year. One of the best ways to do that is by getting a flu shot.”

For the safety of our patients, staff and visitors, Mayo Clinic has strict masking policies in place. Anyone shown without a mask was either recorded prior to COVID-19 or recorded in a non-patient care area where social distancing and other safety protocols were followed.
