If i don't miss remember, this video were a response to a video that went viral saying if we detonate the bomb there will cause all the crazy things they ask at the beginning and answer at the end of the video.

Regarding the 100 megaton version of Tsar Bomba - that was the one that was detonated but a key component was taken out to reduce the yield to make it possible for the plane dropping it to escape the blast. The component was a U238 tamper that was intended to produce fast fission as a secondary reaction to the fusion. So conventional explosive, in turn compression-triggering a 1.5 Mt U235 detonation, in turn compression-triggering a heavy hydrogen detonation, in turn fast-neutron-triggering a U238 detonation. They replaced it with a lead tamper.

A secondary reason they opted to go with the lower yield is that fast fission detonation would be extremely dirty and it was going to blow over Soviet territory.

The only thing that was built other than Tsar Bomba itself was empty casings that never held a warhead, and I think all of those are in museums now.
