As a muslim we fast for 1 month during Ramadan and we follow the intermittent fasting rule …. We eat before sunrise and eat after sunset and it is also a water fasting which works more than normal fasting . After 1 month you’ll feel more energised and alert .

Ramadan fasting for one month per year is recommendable not only for the Abrahamic faith persons ( Muslims, Christians, Jews etc ), but for everybody to avoid cancers by autophagy of damaged cells & cancer cells in our body .

Avoid Oversleeping or sleeping Less than you need to, as it reduces your lifespan. Cut down sugar, because blood spikes cause glycation, a process which slowly cooks you and ages you, something I remember Jessie Inchauspé said in her videos. Enrich your diet with antioxidants like: vit C, E, selenium, retinol for shiny & healhy skin etc...

These days intermittent fasting has become trend not only among health freaks..but also celebrities...which is recommended in all the religions..be it Islam, Hindusim, Christianity etc..
