Показать описание
Azure Data Studio vs SSMS. Azure Data Studio is a cross-platform database tool for data professionals using the Microsoft family of on-premises and cloud data platforms on Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
Azure Data Studio offers a modern, keyboard-focused T-SQL coding experience that makes your everyday tasks easier with built-in features, such as multiple tab windows, a rich T-SQL editor, IntelliSense, keyword completion, code snippets, code navigation, and source control integration (Git). Run on-demand T-SQL queries, view and save results as text, JSON, or Excel.
Extensions in Azure Data Studio provide an easy way to add more functionality to the base Azure Data Studio installation.

Thanks in a million. Great content. Awesome. Very well explained. I couldn't find this explanation--simply put anywhere else. Great teachers are hard to find. Grade: A++💥

I cannot believe they didn't move the Ctrl-E to Execute the entire or highlighted query! I have been doing that for roughly 20 years now using SSMS.

I needed to know what ADS looks like and how it differs from SSMS. This video showed me. Thanks!

Not really useful because apart from GUI not being available in ADS. Definitely it has more features and benefits over SSMS which has not been covered in this video.
