Bug? If i edit a table name, and update the database, i don't get the new name with intellisense. That seems to be a bug.

It would have been helpful to setup a connection, rather than just have them made off camera. Was this avoided because it is so difficult? I can connect to my new Azure SQL Database with SSMS but not with Azure Data Studio.
