I love how Bernie acts so made me laugh. The Teamsters have had a horrid reputation for many things done against people and the law. They have done some terrible things. In the past, they also bought off some Senators and politicians and threatened them to get what they wanted. Always wary of anything this group is involved in.
That said, maybe some issues need to be settled this way on occasion.
