Python Programming - Text Based - Poketext

This is a text game based heavily on Pokemon. This would be a good tutorial for anyone who would like to better understand the creating of a battle system. It is going to assume that you know a little programming, but I do my best to explain everything that I am doing. Once I have this "Python Programming - Text Based" series of tutorials finished, I will circle back and make a "Python Programming - Basics" video.

In my computer science classes that I teach, I have started incorporating Python. I do plan on doing more videos showing different approaches to programming in Python, but first just focusing on text based games. Games like we had in the early 80's.
