PUT your shoulders back, it is very important to avoid costochondtitis, it is very painfull and you will not be apble to train chest for a while. Putting your shoulders back will help avoid that

Only trust weighted calisthenics athletes who have done it for years when it comes to dips, I can’t believe how many do it wrong and putting strain on the shoulders, this guy included… what are those legs doing man!

Leaning forward too much on dips is what tore my pec. You need to be careful doing that.

You can also lean forward even more by tucking your knees to your chest. This brings your torso to near parallel and it almost becomes a chest press. Once your chest reaches failure you can drop your legs and push a few more reps out with your triceps.

When you lean forward, you increase the activation of your front delts. If you want to activate chest more, find a dip station with a wider grip or just fire your elbows out. Just don't fuck up shoulders, because it's not a good position this way. But leaning forward is not a way.

For chest Bend your knees and pull them to your chest 90 degrees. You will fold forward in a natural position for dips for chest.

For tris keep legs bent behind you like a L for triceps. This will keep you upright.

Tried this tweak and it works. Train pyramid sets: 8 - 12 - 15 reps. (Just started out).
