How to cook in the air fryer
~ 4-5 Potatoes. Coat potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper. Cook in air fryer at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until desired crispness.
~ 6 chicken legs coated with seasoned marinade. Air fry 400 degrees for 12 minutes then turn chicken over and cook for another 14 minutes. Internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees or juice run clear when chicken cut.
~ Seasoning for chicken: 2 tbp oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp blk pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tbp honey, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp dried parsley or italian seasoning. Heat in microwave for 30 sec to melt honey and make easier to blend. Pour over chicken and massage in. Set aside for 30 minutes before adding to air fryer.
~ Corn on the cob. Leave on husks. Microwave for 5 minutes for one and additional 2 minutes for each one added.
~ HOT so use towel or gloves when removing from microwave. Cut about 2 inches off above stock end. Hold corn silk end firmly with towel and squeeze or shake. Corn slides out clean of any corn silk.
