I get botox to treat redness from rosacea. It works because it lowers bloodflow and inflammation in the superficial layers of the skin if placed correctly for that purpose. Its interesting that intra muscular injections do the opposite lol. For me with severe type 1 it works a thousand times better than IPL for redness
