some small corrections
dutch are definitely innovative (technology/engineering is one of dutch strong points) but just like everywhere else the larger/older companies can have slow/stubborn/lazy cultures
dutch are also quite good at 'fake kindness' maybe even better, honestly I see this in a lot of places in the world, too much insincerity and calculated behavior, I'm not innocent either

Because the Netherlands is the best country. The mental peace that you get is incomparable. And he is right people are not rushing for money, they live their life. It's more comforting than most parts of the world.

Seems like a nice guy and I'm happy for his new found life. I'm curious what it was like for him working for big names in Hollywood?
I grew up in LA during the 80s and 90s went to USC in the mid 90s which was a mistake in retrospect. I bailed permanently to Spain back in 98 because I just couldn't stand living in so California anymore at the time, and this was when 'times were good' for some.
