Don’t worry my friends, we’re already on another trip together and just filmed the most Yes Theory experience in Italy which only took us 2 hours by flight to get to, hence wanting to be in Europe :) we’re just finding a new home and elevated purpose ⚡️❤️ See you in 2 weeks for the adventure!

At 55 years old, YesTheory has inspired me to do more, be more, travel and explore the world more. But most of all, it has taught me to give more. Since watching this channel, I have sold/donated everything I owned, left my job and set out to BE in the world. For the past three years, I have traveled to more than 30 countries; I have danced in Ibiza, ran a marathon on the Great Wall of China, walked for 40 days across Spain on El Camino de Santiago, trekked the Sahara in North Africa on camel back, donated my time and expertise in the medical field, as well as built houses for the homeless in Mexico (where I now live)... . And when people ask me what I hope to BECOME in this world... my answer is always: YES!

I almost never comment--I'm one of those weirdos who observes quietly, but I'm compelled to add this note, despite the possibility of it not being seen by those behind Yes Theory and Seek Discomfort. I'm not within what I assume is your target demographic. I'm a woman in my 40s. While I openly admit, I haven't been a follower for years (I only found your channel last year), the direction you've been heading opens up the possibilities to so many people. Your stories and challenges transcend culture, ethnicity, and the (often foolish) boundaries we humans create. You've inspired millions of people, including me, by simply transforming ideas into action. On behalf of the millions of people you've touched, thank you for what each of you does--in front of the camera and those behind the scenes. We need this, now more than ever. Here's to each one of us: may we achieve our dreams and goals one by one. Cheers!

For me, one of the hardest things about becoming an adult was realising nothing lasts forever and everything is transient. Eventually this helped me learn acceptance, but it was a harsh reality at first. Everything is always ok in the end. love your channel and your guys' attitude to life. You're all very human. Sending you all the very best.

“We grew up together” that hit me hard. I started watching you all when I was 14. I am now 20. I took a leap of faith and moved to Berlin to work. You guys have changed my life and I’m forever grateful. I hope that one day I can meet you guys and thank you in person :). You have changed many lives and that’s ultimately what matters!

Change is probably one of the biggest discomforts in live. That’s why people want “old Yes theory” videos. Glad you said yes to this new chapter, I’m sure everything that comes, will be even better.

Life isn’t about fighting change, it IS change, and one of the things I most like about Yes Theory, and you Thomas, is that consistent openness to leap into these new chapters and not get stuck in the past.

Entering this new phase requires letting go of how things were but I don’t see it as a loss. I see it as creating space for all of the beautiful memories and experiences to come...

So welcome to Paris bro!!! So excited about this new chapter. Paris is a moveable feast.

At 54, I do have regrets. Regrets that I didn’t pull the trigger earlier in my life to make similar changes that you have courageously have made. Anyone watching and reading this. Don’t be ok with the same thing. With all the carp out on YouTube today, teaching our youth what NOT to do. FINALLY a message that is teaching our kids not to be afraid of change and to keep looking for what’s best for, yourself. Honestly, I am so impressed with this video and how powerful this can be. We need this right now, and I cannot thank you enough for sharing this with all of us. Just awesome.

Congrats guys on the new chapter! So interesting how many of us are trying to learn how to just BE instead of always feeling like we have to be doing something ❤️ learning to be more child like everyday.

I just discovered Yes Theory a couple of months ago. I am a retired travel photographer and writer. At 71 with still a desire to travel, I have not done so since Covid. Since subscribing I have been living vicariously, randomly watching my way through your years on YouTube. I love your focus on relationships with those around you wherever you happen to be. In my mind I see you seek discomfort, but create comfort through the process. I look forward to watching your future and where it takes us

I like the new Yes theory format better, the old focused on doing things that looked cool or would get views, just pure fun. But the new format is more honest, authentic, and is more meaningful, and full of nuggets of wisdom.

Today I handed my notice in from a stable 8 year job, to say I was scared, worried, anxious is an understatement. From seeing this pop up on my feed and having watched your videos before I just said, YES, just do it. So I did it. Today I quit my job for as you say in this video a new chapter. Thank you for the inspiration.

The people saying "where's the old Yes Theory?" kinda missed the point that the channel matured along with the guys, and their content is a reflection of the growth and maturity that comes with age.

WOW! That quote from TS Elliot: “we shall not cease from exploration. And at the end of all that exploring, we shall arrive back to where it all started and know the place for the very first time.” - having travelled for 3 years, since arriving back home I can 100% relate to this

So powerful to know that it's time to step away from these thrilling journeys, but also giving space for younger/newer artists to step in and continue on their own path.

“Shadow of myself”. Very evocative description of depression.
