Job lost his children, wealth, and health, and his wife said she wanted him to die. Moses was rejected by his own people, and Paul got beaten, stoned, imprisoned falsely, and was shipwrecked. Dr. Dharius and his guest speaker masterfully explain how men have trauma, too.

Needed this. I will overcome as I struggle to provide for my children in Jesus name, I’m a single mother. Both of my sons are special needs, and require much from me but I know God will give me the strength and courage that I need to continue to keep going. So while I struggle to buy groceries and while I struggle to pay rent. I will keep faith. Always. Amen Praise God! ❤️

🫶🏾🥹💙Those safe spaces without judgment are hard to find. May we all find those spaces w/ safe people nonetheless and be embraced by their empathy, compassion, wisdom, discernment, authenticity, understanding, and grace. 💙❤️‍🩹💝 Keep fighting the good fight my fellow disciples. 🥊 We win because He’s already won. ✝️
Love the barber chairs on the stage. I see what you did there Dr. DD 😉💪🏾😎

Thank you for this word. Men in my family have had so much trauma. Breaks my heart for many now are wracked by severe mental illnesses, all stemming from trauma.

This is good. Is there enough safe spaces among the people (us women and the people who love them) to allow them to show their scars and deal with the story of the injury behind that scar without being judge. this is real talk. 🤔 thinking about my own set up and how much grace I give as 1 person. TEAL TALK, WE ALL HAVE SOME WORK TO DO.

it’s tough because in todays society even in CHRISTIAN culture, a lot of women don’t want any of these things in a man or let alone deal with him.

The word “Silent” is misspelled. Please correct!

I understand men have trauma too, but what I am seeing a LOT of is weak men abusing WOMEN and projecting their trauma on to her and the children. I've been single and celibate for 5 years. Not dating and not interested in dealing with a black man. Honestly speaking. I avoid them like the plague.
