How Long to Recover AFTER Shoulder Labrum Repair? #shorts

Recovery after a shoulder labrum repair takes 3-6 or more months. Most doctors will tell you it's 1-2 months, but they're not accounting for the time it takes to strengthen the shoulder back to doing normal everyday things. And it's right at about 3-4 months after surgery when many people over-do it and re-injure their shoulder.

I was told 6-8 month and I’m pretty active - surgery on Wednesday- been waiting since June 20-2024 …. Kept getting push back I can barely use my hand now - my peck hurts too
They told me they’re doing my scapula, taking bone away from the clavicle, rotator cuff, labrum, reattaching the bicep, and they were going to do bulging disks in the neck but not sure if they’re doing them . I’ve broken and torn many things but wow this is by far the worst . 10/10 feel like I’m going to cry but on a pain scale I’d say it’s up there definitely at the least an 8 especially in the winter, it’s a 10 on the emotional scale because I can’t even hold my rifles anymore or play with my 4 year old - sucks
