What you said about Kylo’s powers not aligning him with the dark side is not only BS, but is the equivalent of saying that Darth Vader’s telekinesis wouldn’t align him with the dark side of the force.

Kylo briefly became palpatines apprentice briefly in RoS, palpatine is the sith master. Therefore Kylo was a sith briefly. Also he cracked his crystal so that definitely puts him in the dark side camp.

While he doesn’t show any dark side exclusive abilities he still had to bleed his light saber and even then also made it cracked. Showing that he put too much of the darkside into the crystal. So yes Kylo is a dark side user

Kylo Ren was an angsty little jerk with force sensitivity. Snoke was just a placeholder till Palpatine revealed himself. They're not Sith.
