Ms Annie, hello po. Pwd po ba kayong gumawa or mgshare ng medsurg shift report? Tapos pakibugay po ng tips how u organize or update kapag 3 straight days duty nyo. At tsaka yung meds. Yung iba kasi, may separate na sheet pra ilagay ang meds sa lahat ng patients nya in one paper. Tapos tig-wa-one sheet yung report mismo per patient
