I studied psychology and took a behavior class and the first thing I learned and they constantly reiterated was that body language is not an accurate representation of someone’s behavior. So many people have quirks and physical characteristics that separate them. I am always shaking my leg anxiously, touching my hair and face. It’s just too broad to act like it’s a science. I do believe he murdered these poor victims but mainly because of trails he left behind

The way Brian is looking at his father when they were pulled over; like he was wishing his dad would shut up.

He yawned, that could mean he’s anxious and paranoid
He yawned, he’s tired
He yawned showing he’s cocky and acting bored

The thing about a good number of psychologists in matters of crime is that they look for signs to explain an already preconceived assumption of guilt. I remember more than once in years past, psychologists would analyze the body language and behaviour of accused- sometimes convicted- individuals, only for those to be acquitted later because it was discovered they had been wrongfully convicted. Gulp gulp.

I think he’s a naturally awkward person.

I found her incredibly biased, especially by making body language assumptions without a base line.

If he speaks, he's arrogant if he's speaking to a police offer and engaging he's narcissistic- leave the guy alone and wait for evidence not tabloid.

i don't think the thing on his face is his heart beating showing its just when he bites down a muscle there flexes a little. I have this too. It is indicative of being angry or annoyed, I think.

20:53 his heart beating through his cheek?? Lady, that's his temporomandibular joint. You can see his mandible move just before you see the TMJ movement. He's either clenching his jaw on and off, or is biting down hard as he swallows. Both happen at times of high stress, annoyance, or anxiety. What she's claiming is absurd. Considering her 'expertise' she really should know anatomy better than this.

if you go based on body language, most people with autism spectrum disorder or even ADHD would be suspects of everything. It's absolutely ignorant to accuse people based on body language. Even different cultures use different body language. Anyone with a quarter of a brain knows this.

I don't agree with either analysis .. I believe the combative questioning he seems to display in situations when hes confronted about his actions .. has more to do with his need to be RIGHT and gets triggered when his intellect and logic is being challenged .. In other words ( HOW DARE YOU STOP ME ) !?

I don’t think she can really speculate and think that he has an anti social personality disorder just from a few court clips where the longest thing he says is three letters…

My father has aspergers syndrome. I think Bryan Kohberger has this same issue. This throws off everything. They are simply different. We cannot judge them by our standards of "normal."

21:00 I noticed that cheek flex too, but I took it as him clenching his jaw, which is still a stress sign
