44% of adults take at least 1 prescription pill every day, and most of them are on this list of the 10 most prescribed pills of 2020. This video will tell you the list, what the pills are approved for, and more importantly, how to decrease the dosage or stop the medication all together.

With changes in your diet, you most likely won't need any of these 10 most prescribed pills. Even if you are only able to reduce the dosage you need, that is still a great victory. Many of your friends and family take one (or 3) of these pills, and would greatly benefit from watching this video.

I just quit all my medication except for insulin and Coreg. I had 15 meds. I quit Christmas Eve, and started detox on lots of water. I wanted to start the Cardivore diet Jan 1, 24 without these drugs. I tried keto. Didnt work. I am alone as my husband died Jan, 10, 23. I have no family so i am depending on Dr, Berry's videos to keep me on track. I wish could join the Challenge. I will do my very best to get off of insulin and Coreg. I want to be healthy and not on meds for pain or anything else. Its time to step up. At 76 I don't want my life to end living on drugs. Thank you Dr. Berry and Neshia

In Canada, it's illegal for drug companies to advertise prescription medications on TV, and I think it should be the same in the US. Watching American channels, I sometimes can't believe how many drug ads I see.

When we bring our pet to the vet the first thing they ask is what we are feeding it. But when we go to see our doctor they never ask that. They only advise us to eat more whole grains, fruits, and low fat protein. All they know how to do is write prescriptions

I went cold turkey from 10 years of prescribed opioids, the last 5 years on high doses of fentanyl. Changed my diet completely, lost 6 stone. Still in as much pain but I'm far happier being able to think so I can deal with my disabilities and pain much better.

My mother and grandmother were on all kinds of meds they would take whatever their Dr would prescribe them.I do believe they would still be here today if they would have not taken them 😢.

Thanks to your videos I no longer take albuterol, my asthma symptoms are gone. It only took about 40 years of asking my doctors "what causes asthma". I never got the right answer until I started watching your channel. You're the best!

Don't take statins, T4, no high blood pressure pill, no nerve pain pills, no bronchitis pills, can't take hydrocodon, no reflux pills, no bacterial infection, but I do eat keto/low carb food and I am 62 years young. Yes, young.

Keto took me off statin and BP meds. 💪 Take magnesium and potassium, D3 and K2. Lost 50 pounds easily. Oddly enough, my doctor is not pleased. The bastard.

I had a minor lacner stroke in 2015 & have been diagnosed with T2D, and been on the recalled meds, METFORMIN 1000mg, for nearly 5 yrs, CARDIPRIN 100g, MICARDIS 40g & STATINS! After a year, I dropped Statins after reading abt that they’re more damaging than good for me! But I continued the other stroke meds till last year when I started getting muscle fatigue & started losing my balance & fell on my face twice whilst looking after my 11-mth old granddaughter! Once in my daughter’s house & once outside on a gentle slope at a public library! Thank God Almighty the pram with my grandkiddo didn’t become a runaway pram on the main road! I shudder to think abt the consequences of my fall! 😱I immediately embraced clean keto n never looked back! Am happy to say that in July 2020, I stopped my bloodthinner meds, cardiprin & bp meds, micardis & I’ve flushed all my stroke meds down the toilet! Good riddance to bad rubbish!🙏😅🥰

Thanks Dr. Ken. Keto definitely works for me. I was on 5 prescription meds and eight months after starting keto, zero meds. In fact my blood pressure is better with no medication than it was with medication. This morning 109/63. been on keto for 12 months, lost 55 pounds and feel 20 years younger 😁 I’m 65 and still cut my grass with a push mower, walking 4.5 miles doing it. Thanks again

Gabapentin altered my mind in ways I don't even want to discuss. Keto helped more than any meds ever could.

Thank You Dr. Berry, I recently STOPPED taking my Statin Lipitor drug and I noticed shortly afterwards that I had a GROWING return below the belt. After watching one of your videos about the connection with ED. It was worth a try, and W O W ! ! ! It was like putting air in a flat tire. Now all I need is to get back into PRACTICE... LOL.. THANKS.

My doctor had me taking 2 Zantac a day for heartburn then took me off when it was taken off the market and put me on Prilosec. I have gone low carb and cutting sugar. I lost 40lbs in the last year. Guess what, no more heart burn and no more reflux meds.

I'm surprised there's no mental health medications on this list, especially as Keto/Carni works like a gift from god on mental health.
