I did like most of the content of this video. Awesome work!
There's one detail that hasn't been mentioned though.
I do play in VR a lot. Assetto corsa, rFactor 2, Automobilista, MSFS, etc.
After following your suggestions, step by step, I wanted to play AC and to my surprise, the game was stuttering, and also some "hiccups" happened while I was playing. I do have a high-end PC. RTX3090, i9 9900k at 5.2, 64 GB ram etc. The track was not being rendered and even the graphites on the Nurburgring track were not visible. I reinstalled the driver and restored the settings changing only the power management and quality to best performance. Now it does work perfectly.

Background Apps can run in the background in Windows 11 and they can be turned off. The Optimization Pack points to the wrong location for W11. You should go to Apps > Apps & features > pick the app (e.g. Groove Music as an example) > click the 3 dots on the right and go to Advanced Options. Near the top is 'Background apps permissions': Let this app run in the background - change to Never.

as for usb creation for images, i can recommend ventoy - its much simpler, has built in patches for certain images (such as windows 11) and you don't need to reformat your USB stick each time you want to flash a different image on it, you just drag and drop the .iso onto it and select it in the ventoy boot screen
