I didn't really get how to set to a proper factory reset 0 after every time I grind beans, the ratio usually is turning anticlockwise for coarser beans and clockwise for finer ones but here it looks like only turning the dial anticlockwise... the point is:0 could be at different grind size, it depends how many rounds you have turned previously so setting to 0 only, doesn't necessarily mean reset to a proper 0 for all grinding size, if it all make sense, thanks
